This Vintage 1988 is a marriage of whisky distilled in 1988 and matured in first fill Bourbon Barrels & Sherry Hogsheads.
It was bottled in 2011 making it a 23 year old whisky.
This is benchmark Tullibardine and a truly exceptional miniature to try.

The balance of sherry and bourbon casks provide a full-bodied rounded malt with light, refreshing fruity notes on the nose but on the palate there are a myriad of flavours coming from toffee, spice and dried apricots through to the more obvious barley and vanilla notes on the finish.
