At our distillery in Perthshire, Tullibardine produces a single malt whisky which has not been mixed with whisky from any other distilleries. This is a pure Scottish malt whisky, not to be confused with blended alternatives.
The definition of a Single Malt Whisky indicates that the whisky is distilled from a single malted grain. At Tullibardine, barley is always the only grain used in our whisky making process.
Although all single malts are made from just three ingredients; barley, yeast and water, each single malt has its own variation of depth and flavour. Even our own single malt whisky varieties have their own unique, superb, yet distinctive flavours. By their very nature single malts are hugely varied in style depending on the region from where they are produced. At Tullibardine we believe our southern highland single malt has a real and pure Perthshire taste.
You really need to investigate the differences in our Single Malt Whiskies to appreciate the subtle fragrances and flavours as these are all truly exceptional.
Try our Single Malt Whiskies at any of our tasting sessions, during your Distillery Tour, or follow our videos if you want to try this in the comfort of your own home.
