John Black our Master Distiller will take Tullibardine Single Malt from various vintages post 2003 and after racking them together the whisky is put into a mixture of Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez Sherry Hogsheads for between 12 to 18 months.
These casks are carefully monitored to ensure that the sherry does not over power the original elegant flavours of Tullibardine. 46%ABV

The Tullibardine sherry finish has a dark rich brown colour.
On the nose there are hints of toffee and apples with an edge of cereal notes, on the palate vanilla and toffee abound with dates and spice.
Food Pairing – Scotch Eggs, Negra Ham and Rocket Salad.
Cocktail Suggestion – ‘Membrillo’ – Tullibardine Sherry Finish, finely chopped apricots, spoonful of Membrillo and one cinnamon stick.
