Our Single Cask Malt Whisky offerings at Tullibardine have all been specially selected by our master distiller John Black.
Fortunate to have the older stock stored in the Bonded Warehouse, which was also bought as part of the takeover deal, John Black felt that they were of exceptional quality due to their unique flavours and aromas and they were in fact too good to be bottled at an earlier date, and should instead be released as single cask bottlings.
Many other people have agreed with this and we have just recently received rave reviews for all three of our single casks in
Jim Murray’s latest Whisky Bible 2012 with exceptionally high scores for all three bottles.
Our
1962 Single Cask Malt Whisky received one of the highest scores out of all of the whiskies reviewed in the whisky bible with a whopping 95.5 points!!
Each of our single cask bottles are hand numbered and bottled at cask strength, at natural colour and non-chill filtered.
The single cask malt whisky bottlings are all 'limited edition', meaning that only a selected amount of bottles will ever be available.
