Returns and Refunds

Returns can be accepted and refunds given only if it can be proven that goods were received damaged.

In this event please inform us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) by email, phone or fax, and we will arrange for goods to be replaced free of charge or a refund given.

Outside of this 7 day period we cannot accept any liability, nor offer any refunds.

In the event of a product being unavailable at the time of ordering we will contact you on receipt of your order and let you know when it will be available.
